We develop software that automatically identifies potential for hospitals to improve quality of care and reduce cost, as well as supporting them in their continuous work on improving healthcare delivery. Today, we are world leading in our field, and are expanding to several international markets. 

Ivbar is part of the Logex Group, the European leader in healthcare analytics. We are currently 30 employees in our office in central Stockholm.

Your role as Financial manager (Ekonomiansvarig)

As Financial manager at Ivbar, you will be responsible for both the financial and controlling function in Sweden. Tasks include (but are not limited to) for Ivbar Sweden:

  • Manage all accounting operations
  • Manage salaries
  • Manage invoicing and payments
  • Tax reports to authorities, such as payroll taxes and VAT
  • Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
  • Publish financial statements  
  • Prepare budget and financial forecasts
  • Consolidation of Ivbar group accounts
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close process (P&L, BS and Cash-flow)
  • Periodic reports for management and Logex group
  • Control financial transactions and document accounting control procedures

You will report to the Head of Corporate functions at the Stockholm office. You will work closely with the CFO for the Logex group (in Amsterdam), the CEO of Ivbar and the rest of the management team.

Who you are:

We believe you have at least three years work experience with the following qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in accounting
  • Understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of budgeting, data analysis and forecasting models
  • Experienced user of accounting software and excel
  • BSc/MSc or MBA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

You should have a can-do attitude, a good eye for details, be prestigeless,  and have the ability to lead both yourself and others. You are also fluent in both Swedish and English.
